Home Equity Line of Credit
Variable rate loan based on the prime rate. Rate can change monthly if prime rate changes. Maximun loan 80% loan to value or maximun of $50,000. Maximum rate capped at 18% APR. Application fee $250.00 New York residents add .75% of credit limit amount.
Home Improvement Loan
Fixed Rate, fixed $ amount loan, 2nd mortgage on owner occupied home. Up to 80% loan to value. Fee totals $250.00
